No, as long as we have access to your yard, we can perform the service without you being home.
What if i have special instructions to share with you?
After you sign up on our website we will give you a confirmation call within 24 hours on business days, and during that call we will confirm your address and any special instructions like gate/community codes, service address, etc.
What areas do you serve?
We provide services throughout the Treasure Valley, including Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Kuna, Star, and Middleton & Nampa.
How do I start the service?
Simply click the "sign up" button, answer a few questions, and submit your information on our secure checkout. We do not require a phone call or quote to start service. Simply signup here on our website and we will give you a confirmation call within 24 hours of you signing up, and arrive to start service within 48 hours after sign up.
How is The payment handled?
By signing up on our website you will automatically create a monthly recurring subscription on our secure and encrypted payment gateway that automatically charges your payment method at the time of sign up, and going forward every 30 days. We charge based on the frequency of service and the amount of dogs on your property. If you wish to cancel your monthly service (or need to make changes in frequency) simply give us a call and we will cancel the next months payment and stop service 30 days after the previous payment.
(Our marketing language refers to pricing as $XX weekly, but our system bills monthly for 4 weeks of service at a time.)
Do you Remove the dog waste Off my property?
Yes, this is included in your monthly service with no additional or hidden fees. Unlike our competitors who simply put the waste in your trash can or charge an additional fee to remove it from your property, we haul it away for you and dispose of it in accordance with local regulations for no additional cost.
